Position Overview:
As a Caretaker/ Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your responsibilities will include overseeing facilities management, health and safety compliance, and managing the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school premises, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify and address any maintenance or health and safety issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, renovations, and other facilities-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and undertake risk assessments as necessary.
• Supervise and support the site team, providing guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications:
