About the Role:
We are looking for a flexible and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our pool of staff, providing ad hoc cover across several schools in Kidderminster, Stourport, and Bewdley. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking to gain experience in a variety of school settings.

Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher. You will ensure that students remain on task, manage classroom behaviour, and provide support where needed. This role requires adaptability and strong classroom management skills, as you may be required to cover a variety of subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
• Support students with their work, ensuring they stay on task.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher about the lesson and student progress.
• Adapt to different school environments and work with various age groups.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
