Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the EYFS framework.
• Support early literacy and numeracy development in young learners.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SENCO to support children with additional needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support children’s progress at home.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years.
• Strong understanding of phonics and early years pedagogy.
• A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners.
• Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
