About the School:
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Kidderminster is looking for an ECT Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team. The school offers an excellent induction programme and ongoing support for Early Career Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources and teaching strategies.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement.
• Take part in professional development sessions to enhance teaching practice.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ideally with some experience in KS2.
• A commitment to inclusive education and differentiated teaching.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
