Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Work closely with the Year 1 team to ensure continuity in learning.
• Use assessment strategies to track progress and identify areas for support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Engage in ECT training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ideally with some experience in Key Stage 1.
• A strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
