About the Role:

Paragon Education is currently seeking Exam Invigilators to support various schools and educational institutions across Worcestershire. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, providing a supportive environment for students to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up examination rooms according to guidelines and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Check students' identification and admit them to the examination room.
• Distribute examination papers and answer booklets in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor students during examinations to prevent cheating or misconduct.
• Assist students with any administrative issues or queries during the examination.
• Collect and securely store completed examination scripts at the end of each session.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.
• Follow all relevant examination regulations and guidelines provided by the examination boards and school authorities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual, with a professional and respectful demeanor.
• Previous experience as an exam invigilator or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
