Contract: Full-Time, Maternity Cover (until July 2026)
Salary: MPS (Open to ECTs)

Overview:
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Saltley is looking to appoint a committed Reception Teacher from September 2025. This role is to cover maternity leave through to the end of the academic year.

The Role:
You will lead a Reception class, delivering the EYFS framework through child-centred, play-based learning. The school provides a well-equipped indoor and outdoor environment, and staff work collaboratively to ensure each child gets the best start.

Requirements:

• QTS with experience in Early Years (or strong EYFS placement for ECTs)
• Knowledge of EYFS statutory framework and child development
• A calm, patient and creative teaching style
• Enthusiastic and reflective practitioner
