Position Overview:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across all science subjects, fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages student curiosity and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and coursework.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the science curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in school events, parent evenings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Specialisation in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Experience teaching science at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for science education.
