About the Role:

Paragon Education is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teacher to join a SEN/PRU school in Kidderminster as soon as possible. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate students' individual learning styles, abilities, and support needs.
• Establish positive relationships with students, providing pastoral care, guidance, and support to promote their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support staff, therapists, and external agencies, to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders on academic achievements and areas for development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a SEN/PRU setting.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and resources to support students' learning and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity, equality, and diversity within the school community.
