Overview:
A nurturing and inclusive school in Redditch is seeking a skilled Health & Social Care Teacher to join their vocational learning team. This is a great opportunity to support students who are passionate about future careers in care, health or education.

The Role:
You’ll teach BTEC Health & Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students, supporting coursework and preparing learners for real-life career pathways. You’ll also work closely with the pastoral team to embed values of empathy and care.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and a background in Health & Social Care or related field
• Experience teaching vocational qualifications such as BTEC or Cambridge Nationals
• Strong organisational and pastoral skills
• A passion for vocational education and real-world learning
