Position Overview:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will take on additional responsibilities, including leading small group sessions and covering classes when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the teacher.
• Provide targeted support to small groups or individual students.
• Assist with the development of individual education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
