Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Use a range of assessment strategies to track and support pupil progress.
• Work alongside colleagues to plan and share best teaching practices.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
• A commitment to inclusive education and supporting all learners.
• Excellent organisational and behaviour management skills.
