Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Use assessment data to support pupil progress and differentiation.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and promoting their well-being.
