A nurturing and well-established primary school in Halesowen is seeking an Early Years Teacher to work part-time in their Reception class. The school offers a creative curriculum and values child-led learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that focus on play-based learning.
• Support the transition of children from nursery into Reception.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and parents to ensure each child thrives.
• Monitor progress and provide targeted interventions where necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS.
• A passion for early childhood development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in phonics teaching and early numeracy skills.
