Position Overview:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of young learners. You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet curriculum requirements and the needs of all students.
• Assess and record student progress and provide feedback to promote and recognize achievement and potential.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending in-service training.
• Work collaboratively with both teaching staff and parents to support student learning and well-being.
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a good and safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience in teaching at the primary level is preferable.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to create dynamic, engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to student welfare.
