About the School:
A specialist provision within a mainstream primary school in Birmingham is seeking an SEN Teacher to work with children who have additional learning needs. The school has a dedicated SEND team and provides excellent resources to support inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to develop individual learning plans (IEPs).
• Implement a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners.
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies to ensure pupil success.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN or additional training in SEND.
• Strong understanding of various learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs.
• Excellent differentiation and behaviour management skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach.
