About the School:
A well-resourced and inclusive primary school in Sandwell is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs. The school has a strong SEND department and is looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, including Autism and Speech & Language difficulties.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Assist with classroom activities and provide tailored interventions where needed.
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
