About the School:
A specialist provision in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs.
• Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs.
• Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
