About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and flexible teacher looking for a long-term supply opportunity in KS2? Paragon Education is currently seeking a passionate Supply Teacher to join a welcoming school in Stourbridge, starting in September 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact and support the learning and development of students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring continuity and progression in learning for students in KS2.
• Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, participation, and achievement.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, providing additional support and challenge as needed.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support student learning and development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student success and well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to thrive in a supply teaching role and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
