About the Role:

Paragon Education is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Design Technology to join a vibrant school in Evesham. This full-time position is due to commence in September, offering the chance to inspire students and contribute to their creative and technical development in the field of Design Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Design Technology, covering a range of topics such as product design, engineering, and digital manufacturing.
• Provide practical hands-on activities to develop students' technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Foster creativity and innovation through project-based learning and design challenges.
• Support students in developing their understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialism or experience in teaching Design Technology at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students to pursue careers in design, engineering, and related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
