Paragon Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Coventry. We are dedicated to providing schools with excellent support staff.

Position Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, helping to support the educational development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and assist with lesson preparation.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a teaching assistant role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
