Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions across the West Midlands.

• Recruitment : Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients.

• Client Management: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Market Research: Stay informed on education recruitment trends.
