Position Overview:
The role involves supporting SEN students in small groups to ensure their academic and personal development. Experience in SEN is essential, and the school values compassionate and adaptable professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured learning sessions to small groups of SEN students.
• Assist in implementing individual learning plans.
• Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students.

Qualifications:

• Previous classroom or support experience is desirable.
