Position Overview:
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and assist in the academic and social development of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Support students with their academic progress and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting children's education and development.
