About the Role:
A vibrant and diverse primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic Year 4 Teacher to join their team after the October half-term. The school is known for its strong community ethos and commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Job Description:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum. You will also be expected to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and challenging lessons for Year 4 students.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing detailed reports to parents.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
